You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. This refund period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the products you purchased.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your refund request clearly, either by email or postal mail before the end of the withdrawal period.

Your refund request must reach us within 14 days of the date of receipt. Simply email us at milabichart.vitalys@gmail.com stating:

• Your refund request, the purchase price, and the product concerned
• Your order number
• The reason for the return (your feedback is valuable for improving our products and services)

If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, we will fully refund all payments you have made, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to a delivery choice other than the one offered by us), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

No fees will be charged for this refund.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

Return Conditions

You must return the products as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days following your refund request. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the 14-day period has expired.

Please send all products from your order safely packed in the original box to:

• The products must be returned unopened, unused, and undamaged
• The refund will only cover the cost of the product, not the return shipping costs. We recommend sending your package with insurance and a tracking link. We cannot refund a product that is lost in return shipping due to an uninsured shipping method. Please also note that we cannot refund return shipping costs
• A 3-month Complex Pack is considered a single product. If the buyer wishes to get a refund for a 3-month Complex Pack, the entire contents must be returned in their original condition. If any of the products included in the pack have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged, the 3-month Complex Pack cannot be refunded
