The best solution remains the mono-diet which consists of consuming a single food for a day. As for food, you are spoiled for choice: green vegetables, apples (avoid acidic varieties), ripe pears, squash, applesauce or even papaya. In winter choose buckwheat or millet without butter. On the other hand, you can season your cereals with vegetable oils or lemon juice and add aromatic herbs and spices.

In order to obtain optimal results, prepare a “phyto cocktail” which helps eliminate toxins. Take 1 tablespoon of meadowsweet, sweet clover, orthosiphon and horsetail dry extract and mix them. Add 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil. Let sit for 20 min. Our cocktail is ready!

It is important to alternate this phyto cocktail with mineral water. So during the detox day for 1.5 liters of cocktail you must consume at least 1 liter of water.

Attention ! In case of kidney failure, kidney stones or other kidney pathologies, this phyto cocktail is prohibited! During the mono-diet day, consume mineral water without gas.
